Malachi 2:13-16
13And this againH5750 ye do: ye coverH3680 the altarH4196 of Jehovah with tearsH1832, with weepingH1065, and with sighing, insomuch that he regardeth not the offeringH4503 any more, neither receiveth it with good will at your handH3027. 14Yet ye sayH559, Wherefore? Because Jehovah hath been witness between thee and the wifeH802 of thy youthH5271, against whom thou hast dealtH898 treacherouslyH898, though she is thy companion, and the wifeH802 of thy covenantH1285. 15And did he not makeH6213 oneH259, although he had the residue of the SpiritH7307? And wherefore oneH259? He soughtH1245 a godly seedH2233. Therefore takeH8104 heedH8104 to your spiritH7307, and let none dealH898 treacherouslyH898 against the wifeH802 of his youthH5271. 16For I hateH8130 putting awayH7971, saith Jehovah, the GodH430 of IsraelH3478, and him that covereth his garment with violenceH2555, saith Jehovah of hostsH6635: therefore takeH8104 heedH8104 to your spiritH7307, that ye dealH898 not treacherouslyH898.
