Habakkuk 2:6-11
6Shall not all these takeH5375 up a parableH4912 against him, and a taunting proverbH4912 against him, and sayH559, WoeH1945 to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? and that ladeth himself with pledges! 7Shall they not riseH6965 up suddenlyH6621 that shall bite thee, and awake that shall vex thee, and thou shalt beH1961 for booty unto them? 8Because thou hast plunderedH7997 manyH7227 nationsH1471, all the remnant of the peoplesH5971 shall plunder thee, because of men’sH120 bloodH1818, and for the violenceH2555 done to the landH776, to the city and to all that dwellH3427 therein.
9WoeH1945 to him that getteth an evilH7451 gainH1215 for his houseH1004, that he may setH7760 his nestH7064 on highH4791, that he may be deliveredH5337 from the handH3709 of evilH7451! 10Thou hast devised shameH1322 to thy houseH1004, by cutting off manyH7227 peoplesH5971, and hast sinnedH2398 against thy soulH5315. 11For the stoneH68 shall cryH2199 out of the wallH7023, and the beam out of the timber shall answerH6030 it.
