Leviticus 22

1And the LORDH3068 spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 2SpeakH1696 unto AaronH175 and to his sonsH1121, that they separate themselvesH6942 from the holyH6944 things of the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478, whichH834 they hallow unto meH413, and that they profaneH2490 notH3808 my holyH6944 nameH8034: I am the LORDH3068. 3SayH559 unto them, Whosoever he be of allH3605 your seedH2233 throughoutH3605 your generationsH1755, that approacheth unto the holyH6944 things, whichH834 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 hallow unto the LORDH3068, havingH5315 his uncleannessH2932 uponH5921 him, that soulH5315 shall be cutH3772 offH3772 from beforeH6440 meH413: I am the LORDH3068. 4WhatH834 manH376 soever of the seedH2233 of AaronH175 is a leperH6879, or hath an issueH3318; he shall notH3808 eatH398 of the holyH6944 things, untilH5704 he be cleanH2891. And whoso toucheth anyH3605 thingH6944 that is uncleanH2931 by the deadH5315, or a manH376 whoseH834 seedH2233 goeth from him; 5or whosoever toucheth anyH3605 creeping thingH8318, wherebyH834 he may be madeH2930 uncleanH2930, or a manH376 of whomH834 he may take uncleannessH2932, whatsoeverH3605 uncleannessH2932 he hath; 6the soulH5315 whichH834 toucheth anyH4480 suchH834 shall be uncleanH2930 untilH5704 the evenH5704, and shall notH3808 eatH398 of the holyH6944 things, unlessH518 he batheH7364 his fleshH1320 in waterH4325. 7And when the sunH8121 is downH3588, he shall be cleanH2891; and afterwardH310 he shall eatH398 of the holyH6944 things, becauseH3588 it is his breadH3899. 8That whichH5038 dieth of itself, or is tornH2966 of beastsH2966, he shall notH3808 eatH398 to defileH2930 himselfH2930 therewith: I am the LORDH3068. 9They shall therefore keepH8104 my chargeH4931, lest they bearH5375 sinH2399 for it, and dieH4191 therein, ifH3588 they profaneH2490 it: I am the LORDH3068 which sanctifyH6942 them. 10There shall noH3808 stranger eatH398 of the holyH6944 thingH6944: a sojournerH8453 of the priest’sH3548, or an hiredH7916 servantH7916, shall notH3808 eatH398 of the holyH6944 thingH6944. 11But ifH3588 a priestH3548 buyH7069 anyH398 soulH5315, the purchaseH3701 of his moneyH3701, he shall eatH398 of it; and suchH1931 as are bornH3211 in his houseH1004, they shall eatH398 of his breadH3899. 12And ifH3588 a priest’sH3548 daughterH1323 be married unto a stranger, sheH1931 shall notH3808 eatH398 of the heaveH8641 offering of the holyH6944 things. 13But ifH3588 a priest’sH3548 daughterH1323 be a widowH490, or divorcedH1644, and have noH3808 childH2233, and is returnedH7725 unto herH3605 father’sH1 houseH1004, as in herH3605 youthH5271, sheH3588 shall eatH398 of herH3605 father’sH1 breadH3899: but there shall noH3808 stranger eatH398 thereof. 14And ifH3588 a manH376 eatH398 of the holyH6944 thingH6944 unwittingly, then he shall putH5414 the fifthH2549 partH5921 thereof unto it, and shall giveH5414 unto the priestH3548 the holyH6944 thingH6944. 15And they shall notH3808 profaneH2490 the holyH6944 things of the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478, whichH834 they offerH7311 unto the LORDH3068; 16and soH5375 causeH819 them to bearH5375 the iniquityH5771 that bringeth guiltH5771, when they eatH398 their holyH6944 things: for I am the LORDH3068 which sanctifyH6942 them. 17And the LORDH3068 spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 18SpeakH1696 unto AaronH175, and to his sonsH1121, and unto allH3605 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478, and sayH559 unto them, Whosoever he be of the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478, or of the strangersH1616 in IsraelH3478, that offereth his oblation, whetherH4480 it be anyH3605 of their vowsH5088, or anyH3605 of their freewillH5071 offeringsH5071, whichH834 they offerH7126 unto the LORDH3068 for a burntH5930 offering; 19that ye may be acceptedH7522, ye shall offer a maleH2145 withoutH8549 blemishH8549, of the beeves, of the sheepH3775, or of the goatsH5795. 20But whatsoeverH3605 hath a blemishH3971, that shall ye notH3808 offerH7126: for it shall notH3808 be acceptableH7522 for youH834. 21And whosoever offereth a sacrificeH2077 of peaceH8002 offeringsH8002 unto the LORDH3068 to accomplish a vowH5088, or for a freewillH5071 offering, of the herdH1241 or of the flockH6629, it shall be perfectH8549 to be acceptedH7522; there shall be noH3808 blemishH8549 therein. 22Blind, or brokenH7665, or maimedH2782, or havingH3808 a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall notH3808 offerH7126 theseH428 unto the LORDH3068, norH3808 makeH5414 an offering by fireH801 of them uponH5921 the altarH4196 unto the LORDH3068. 23Either a bullock or a lambH7716 that hath anyH3808 thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offerH6213 for a freewillH5071 offering; but for a vowH5088 it shall notH3808 be acceptedH7521. 24That which hath itsH3772 stones bruisedH4600, or crushedH3807, or brokenH5423, or cutH3772, ye shall notH3808 offerH7126 unto the LORDH3068; neitherH3808 shall ye doH6213 thusH3808 in your landH776. 25NeitherH3808 from the handH3027 of a foreignerH5236 shall ye offerH7126 the breadH3899 of your GodH430 of anyH3605 of theseH428; becauseH3588 their corruption is in them, there is a blemishH3971 in them: they shall notH3808 be acceptedH7521 for youH3588. 26And the LORDH3068 spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 27When a bullock, or a sheepH3775, or a goatH5795, is broughtH3205 forthH3205, then it shall be sevenH7651 daysH3117 underH8478 the dam; and from the eighthH8066 dayH3117 and thenceforth it shall be acceptedH7521 for the oblation of an offering madeH1961 by fireH801 unto the LORDH3068. 28And whetherH176 it be cow or ewe, ye shall notH3808 killH7819 it and herH3117 youngH1121 both in one dayH3117. 29And when ye sacrificeH2077 a sacrificeH2077 of thanksgivingH8426 unto the LORDH3068, ye shall sacrificeH2077 it that ye may be acceptedH7522. 30On the sameH1931 dayH3117 it shall be eatenH398; ye shall leaveH3498 noneH3808 of it untilH5704 the morningH1242: I am the LORDH3068. 31Therefore shall ye keepH8104 my commandmentsH4687, and doH6213 them: I am the LORDH3068. 32And ye shall notH3808 profaneH2490 my holyH6944 nameH8034; but I will be hallowed among the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478: I am the LORDH3068 which hallow youH3808, 33that broughtH3318 youH853 outH3318 of the landH776 of EgyptH4714, to be your GodH430: I am the LORDH3068.
