Revised Version 1895
Isaiah 45:1-6
1ThusH3541 saith the LORDH3068 to his anointedH4899, to CyrusH3566, whoseH834 rightH3225 handH3225 I have holden, to subdueH7286 nationsH1471 beforeH6440 him, and I will loose the loinsH4975 of kingsH4428; to openH6440 the doorsH1817 beforeH6440 him, and the gatesH8179 shall notH3808 be shutH5462;
2I will go beforeH6440 thee, and makeH3474 the rugged placesH1280 plain: I will breakH7665 in piecesH7665 the doorsH1817 of brass, and cutH1438 in sunder the barsH1280 of ironH1270:
3and I will giveH5414 thee the treasuresH214 of darknessH2822, and hiddenH4301 riches of secretH4565 placesH4565, that thou mayest knowH3045 that I am the LORDH3068, which callH7121 thee by thy nameH8034, evenH3588 the GodH430 of IsraelH3478.
4For JacobH3290 my servant’sH5650 sakeH4616, and IsraelH3478 my chosenH972, I have calledH7121 thee by thy nameH8034: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast notH3808 knownH3045 meH7121.
5I am the LORDH3068, and there is noneH369 elseH5750; beside meH589 there is noH3808 GodH430: I will girdH247 thee, thoughH369 thou hast notH3808 knownH3045 meH589:
6that they may knowH3045 from the risingH4217 of the sunH8121, and from the westH4628, that there is noneH369 beside meH589: I am the LORDH3068, and there is noneH369 elseH5750.
