Deuteronomy 7:2-16
and when the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 shall deliverH5414 them upH5414 beforeH6440 thee, and thou shalt smiteH5221 them; then thou shalt utterly destroyH2763 them; thou shalt makeH5414 noH3808 covenantH1285 with them, norH3808 shew mercyH2603 unto them:
neitherH3808 shalt thou makeH5414 marriages with them; thy daughterH1323 thou shalt notH3808 giveH5414 unto his sonH1121, norH3808 his daughterH1323 shalt thou takeH3947 unto thy sonH1121.
For he will turnH5493 awayH5493 thy sonH1121 from followingH310 meH310, that they may serveH5647 otherH312 godsH430: soH3588 will the angerH639 of the LORDH3068 be kindledH2734 againstH2734 youH3588, and he will destroyH8045 thee quicklyH4118.
But thusH3541 shall ye dealH6213 with them; ye shall breakH7665 downH5422 their altarsH4196, and dash in piecesH7665 their pillarsH4676, and hewH1438 downH5422 their AsherimH842, and burnH8313 their gravenH6456 imagesH6456 with fireH784.
For thou art an holyH6918 peopleH5971 unto the LORDH3068 thy GodH430: the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 hath chosenH977 thee to be a peculiar peopleH5971 unto himselfH6440, aboveH5921 allH3605 peoplesH5971 that are uponH5921 the faceH6440 of the earthH127.
The LORDH3068 didH3808 notH3808 set his love upon youH859, norH3808 chooseH977 youH859, becauseH3588 ye were moreH7230 in numberH7230 thanH3808 anyH3605 peopleH5971; for ye were the fewestH4592 of allH3605 peoplesH5971:
but becauseH3588 the LORDH3068 loveth youH834, and becauseH3588 he would keepH8104 the oathH7621 whichH834 he sware unto your fathersH1, hath the LORDH3068 broughtH3318 youH834 outH3318 with a mightyH2389 handH3027, and redeemedH6299 youH834 outH3318 of the houseH1004 of bondageH5650, from the handH3027 of PharaohH6547 kingH4428 of EgyptH4714.
KnowH3045 therefore that the LORDH3068 thy GodH430, he is GodH430; the faithfulH539 GodH430, whichH1931 keepeth covenantH1285 and mercyH3068 with them that loveH157 him and keepH8104 his commandmentsH4687 to a thousandH505 generationsH1755;
and repayeth them that hateH8130 him to their faceH6440, to destroyH6 them: he will notH3808 be slack to him that hateth him, he will repayH7999 him to his faceH6440.
Thou shalt therefore keepH8104 the commandmentH4687, and the statutesH2706, and the judgmentsH4941, whichH834 I commandH6680 thee this dayH3117, to doH6213 them.
And it shall comeH1961 to passH1961, becauseH834 ye hearken to theseH428 judgmentsH4941, and keepH8104, and doH6213 them, that the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 shall keepH8104 with thee the covenantH1285 and the mercyH3068 whichH834 he sware unto thy fathersH1:
and he will loveH157 thee, and blessH1288 thee, and multiplyH7235 thee: he will also blessH1288 the fruitH6529 of thy bodyH990 and the fruitH6529 of thy groundH127, thy corn and thy wineH8492 and thine oilH3323, the increaseH7235 of thy kine and the youngH6251 of thy flockH6629, in the landH127 whichH834 he sware unto thy fathersH1 to giveH5414 thee.
Thou shalt be blessedH1288 above allH3605 peoplesH5971: there shall notH3808 be male or female barrenH6135 among youH3605, or among your cattleH929.
And the LORDH3068 will takeH5493 awayH5493 from thee allH3605 sicknessH2483; and he will putH5414 noneH3808 of the evilH7451 diseasesH4064 of EgyptH4714, whichH834 thou knowest, uponH7760 thee, but will layH5414 them uponH7760 allH3605 them that hateH8130 thee.
And thou shalt consumeH398 allH3605 the peoplesH5971 whichH834 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 shall deliverH5414 unto thee; thine eyeH5869 shall notH3808 pityH2347 them: neitherH3808 shalt thou serveH5647 their godsH430; for that will be a snareH4170 unto thee.
