Revised Version 1895
Deuteronomy 7:17-22
17IfH3588 thou shalt sayH559 in thine heartH3824, TheseH428 nationsH1471 are moreH4480 thanH4480 I; howH349 canH3201 I dispossessH3423 them?
18thou shalt notH3808 be afraidH3372 of them: thou shalt wellH834 rememberH2142 whatH834 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 didH6213 unto PharaohH6547, and unto allH3605 EgyptH4714;
19the greatH1419 temptations whichH834 thine eyesH5869 sawH7200, and the signsH226, and the wondersH4159, and the mightyH2389 handH3027, and the stretchedH5186 outH3318 armH2220, wherebyH834 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 broughtH3318 thee outH3318: soH3651 shall the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 doH6213 unto allH3605 the peoplesH5971 of whomH834 thou art afraidH3373.
20MoreoverH1571 the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 will sendH7971 the hornetH6880 among them, untilH5704 they that are leftH7604, and hideH5641 themselves, perishH6 from beforeH6440 thee.
21Thou shalt notH3808 be affrighted at them: for the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 is in the midstH7130 of thee, a greatH1419 GodH430 and a terrible.
22And the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 will cast outH6440 thoseH5921 nationsH1471 beforeH6440 thee by littleH4592 and littleH4592: thou mayest notH3808 consumeH3615 them at once, lestH6435 the beastsH2416 of the fieldH7704 increaseH7235 uponH5921 thee.
