14And Josephיוֹסֵ֗ףyo.SefH3130gathered upוַיְלַקֵּ֣טvay.la.KetH3950all the moneyהַכֶּ֙סֶף֙ha.Ke.sefH3701that was foundהַנִּמְצָ֤אha.nim.Tza'H4672in the landבְאֶֽרֶץ־ve.'e.retz-H776of Egyptמִצְרַ֙יִם֙mitz.Ra.yimH4714,and in the landוּבְאֶ֣רֶץu.ve.'E.retzH776of Canaanכְּנַ֔עַןke.Na.'anH3667,for the foodבַּשֶּׁ֖בֶרba.She.verH7668which they boughtשֹׁבְרִ֑יםshoe.RimH7666:and Josephיוֹסֵ֛ףyo.SefH3130broughtוַיָּבֵ֥אvai.ya.Ve'H935the moneyהַכֶּ֖סֶףha.Ke.sefH3701into Pharaoh’sפַרְעֹֽה׃far.'OhH6547houseבֵּ֥יתָהBei.tahH1004.

15And when moneyהַכֶּ֗סֶףha.Ke.sefH3701failedוַיִּתֹּ֣םvai.yi.TomH8552in the landמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרַיִם֮mitz.ra.YimH4714,and in the landוּמֵאֶ֣רֶץu.me.'E.retzH776of Canaanכְּנַעַן֒ke.na.'AnH3667,all the EgyptiansH4714cameוַיָּבֹאוּ֩vai.ya.vo.'UH935unto Josephיוֹסֵ֤ףyo.SefH3130,and saidלֵאמֹר֙le.MorH559,Giveהָֽבָה־ha.vah-H3051us breadלֶ֔חֶםLe.chemH3899:for why should we dieנָמ֖וּתna.MutH4191in thy presence? for the moneyכָּֽסֶף׃Ka.sefH3701failethאָפֵ֖ס'a.FesH656.

16And Josephיוֹסֵף֙yo.SefH3130saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559,Giveהָב֣וּha.VuH3051your cattleמִקְנֵיכֶ֔םmik.nei.KhemH4735;and I will giveוְאֶתְּנָ֥הve.'e.te.NahH5414you for your cattleבְּמִקְנֵיכֶ֑םbe.mik.nei.KhemH4735,if moneyכָּֽסֶף׃Ka.sefH3701failאָפֵ֖ס'a.FesH656.

17And they broughtוַיָּבִ֣יאוּvai.ya.Vi.'uH935their cattleH4735unto Josephיוֹסֵף֒yo.SefH3130:and Josephיוֹסֵ֨ףyo.SefH3130gaveוַיִּתֵּ֣ןvai.yi.TenH5414them breadלֶ֜חֶםLe.chemH3899in exchangefor horsesבַּסּוּסִ֗יםba.su.SimH5483,and for the flocksהַצֹּ֛אןha.TzonH6629,and for the cattleH4735of the herdsהַבָּקָ֖רha.ba.KarH1241,and for the donkeysוּבַחֲמֹרִ֑יםu.va.cha.mo.RimH2543:and he fedוַיְנַהֲלֵ֤םvay.na.ha.LemH5095them with breadבַּלֶּ֙חֶם֙ba.Le.chemH3899for all their cattleH4735for that yearבַּשָּׁנָ֖הba.sha.NahH8141.

18When that yearהַשָּׁנָ֣הha.sha.NahH8141was endedוַתִּתֹּם֮va.ti.TomH8552,they cameוַיָּבֹ֨אוּvai.ya.Vo.'uH935unto him the secondהַשֵּׁנִ֗יתha.she.NitH8145yearבַּשָּׁנָ֣הba.sha.NahH8141,and saidוַיֹּ֤אמְרוּvai.Yo.me.ruH559unto him, We will not hideנְכַחֵ֣דne.kha.ChedH3582itfrom my lordמֵֽאֲדֹנִ֔יme.'a.do.NiH113,how that our moneyהַכֶּ֔סֶףha.Ke.sefH3701is spentתַּ֣םtamH8552;my lordאֲדֹנִ֑י'a.do.NiH113also hathH413our herdsוּמִקְנֵ֥הu.mik.NehH4735of cattleהַבְּהֵמָ֖הha.be.he.MahH929;there is not ought leftנִשְׁאַר֙nish.'ArH7604in the sightלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440of my lordאֲדֹנִ֔י'a.do.NiH113,but our bodiesגְּוִיָּתֵ֖נוּge.vi.ya.Te.nuH1472,and our landsוְאַדְמָתֵֽנוּ׃ve.'ad.ma.Te.nuH127:

19Wherefore shall we dieנָמ֣וּתna.MutH4191before thine eyesלְעֵינֶ֗יךָle.'ei.Nei.khaH5869,both we and our landאַדְמָתֵ֔נוּ'ad.ma.Te.nuH127?buyקְנֵֽה־ke.neh-H7069us and our landאַדְמָתֵ֖נוּ'ad.ma.Te.nuH127for breadבַּלָּ֑חֶםba.La.chemH3899,and we and our landוְאַדְמָתֵ֙נוּ֙ve.'ad.ma.Te.nuH127will be servantsעֲבָדִ֣ים'a.va.DimH5650unto Pharaohלְפַרְעֹ֔הle.far.'OhH6547:and giveוְתֶן־ve.ten-H5414usseedזֶ֗רַעZe.ra'H2233,that we may liveוְנִֽחְיֶה֙ve.nich.YehH2421,and not dieנָמ֔וּתna.MutH4191,that the landוְהָאֲדָמָ֖הve.ha.'a.da.MahH127be not desolateתֵשָֽׁם׃te.ShamH3456.

20And Josephיוֹסֵ֜ףyo.SefH3130boughtוַיִּ֨קֶןvai.Yi.kenH7069all the landאַדְמַ֤ת'ad.MatH127of Egyptמִצְרַ֙יִם֙mitz.Ra.yimH4714for Pharaohלְפַרְעֹ֔הle.far.'OhH6547;for the EgyptiansH4714soldמָכְר֤וּma.khe.RuH4376every manאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376his fieldשָׂדֵ֔הוּsa.De.huH7704,because the famineהָרָעָ֑בha.ra.'AvH7458prevailedחָזַ֥קcha.ZakH2388over them: so the landהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776became Pharaoh’sלְפַרְעֹֽה׃le.far.'OhH6547.

21And as for the peopleהָעָ֔םha.'AmH5971,he removedהֶעֱבִ֥ירhe.'e.VirH5674them to citiesלֶעָרִ֑יםle.'a.RimH5892from oneendמִקְצֵ֥הmik.TzehH7097of the bordersגְבוּל־ge.Vul-H1366of Egyptמִצְרַ֖יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714even to the otherendקָצֵֽהוּ׃ka.Tze.huH7097thereof.

22Only the landאַדְמַ֥ת'ad.MatH127of the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֖יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548bought heקָנָ֑הka.NahH7069not; for the priestsלַכֹּהֲנִ֜יםla.ko.ha.NimH3548had a portionחֹ֨קchokH2706assigned themof Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֗הpar.'OhH6547,and did eatוְאָֽכְל֤וּve.'a.khe.LuH398their portionחֻקָּם֙chu.KamH2706which Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֔הpar.'OhH6547gaveנָתַ֤ןna.TanH5414them: wherefore they soldמָכְר֖וּma.khe.RuH4376not their landsאַדְמָתָֽם׃'ad.ma.TamH127.

23Then Josephיוֹסֵף֙yo.SefH3130saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto the peopleהָעָ֔םha.'AmH5971,Behold, I have boughtקָנִ֨יתִיka.Ni.tiH853 H7069you this dayהַיּ֛וֹםhai.YomH3117and your landאַדְמַתְכֶ֖ם'ad.mat.KhemH127for Pharaohלְפַרְעֹ֑הle.far.'OhH6547:loהֵֽא־he'-H1887, here isseedזֶ֔רַעZe.ra'H2233for you, and ye shall sowוּזְרַעְתֶּ֖םu.ze.ra'.TemH2232the landהָאֲדָמָֽה׃ha.'a.da.MahH127.

25And they saidוַיֹּאמְר֖וּvai.yo.me.RuH559,Thou hast saved our livesהֶחֱיִתָ֑נוּhe.che.yi.Ta.nuH2421:let us findנִמְצָא־nim.tza'-H4672graceחֵן֙chenH2580in the sightבְּעֵינֵ֣יbe.'ei.NeiH5869of my lordאֲדֹנִ֔י'a.do.NiH113,and we will be Pharaoh’sלְפַרְעֹֽה׃le.far.'OhH6547servantsעֲבָדִ֖ים'a.va.DimH5650.
