Song of Songs 2:2-16

“Like a lilyH7799 amongH996 the thornsH2336, SoH3651 is 1my darlingH7474 amongH996 the 2youngH1323 womenH1323.”

“Like an 3appleH8598 treeH8598 among the treesH6086 of the forestH3293, SoH3651 is my belovedH1730 amongH996 the 4youngH1121 menH1121. In his shadeH6738 I tookH2530 great delightH2530 and satH3427 downH3427, And his 5fruitH6529 was sweetH4966 to my 6tasteH2441.4He has 7broughtH935 me to his 8banquetH3196 hallH1004, And his 9bannerH1714 overH5921 me is loveH160.5RefreshH5564 me with 10raisinH809 cakesH809, SustainH7502 me with 11applesH8598, BecauseH3588 12I am lovesickH2470 H160.6 13His leftH8040 handH8040 is underH8478 my headH7218, And 14his rightH3225 handH3225 15embracesH2263 me.”

“16SwearH7650 to me, you 17daughtersH1323 of JerusalemH3389, By the 18gazellesH6643 orH176 by the 19doesH355 of the fieldH7704, 20That you will not disturbH5782 or awakenH5782 my loveH160 UntilH5704 she pleasesH2654.”

“ListenH6963! My belovedH1730! BeholdH2009, he is comingH935, LeapingH1801 21on the mountainsH2022, JumpingH7092 on the hillsH1389!9My belovedH1730 isH1819 likeH1819 a 22gazelleH6643 orH176 a 23youngH6082 24stagH354. BeholdH2009, he is standingH5975 behindH310 our wallH3796, He is lookingH7688 throughH4480 the windowsH2474, He is peeringH6692 25throughH4480 the latticeH2762.

“My belovedH1730 respondedH6030 and saidH559 to me, ‘26AriseH6965, my darlingH7474, my beautifulH3303 oneH3303, And comeH1980 along.11For beholdH2009, the winterH5638 isH5674 pastH5674, The rainH1653 is overH2498 and goneH1980.12The blossomsH5339 have already appearedH7200 in the landH776; The timeH6256 has arrivedH5060 for 27pruningH2159 the vines, And the voiceH6963 of the 28turtledoveH8449 has been heardH8085 in our landH776.13The 29figH8384 treeH8384 has ripenedH2590 its fruitH6291, And the 30vinesH1612 in blossomH5563 have givenH5414 forth their fragranceH7381. AriseH6965, my darlingH7474, my beautifulH3303 oneH3303, And comeH1980 along!’”

“31My doveH3123, 32in the cleftsH2288 of the 33rockH5553, In the hidingH5643 placeH5643 of the mountainH4095 pathwayH4095, Let me seeH7200 34howH4758 you lookH4758, 35Let me hearH8085 your voiceH6963; For your voiceH6963 is pleasantH6156, And 36you lookH4758 37delightfulH5000.”

“38CatchH270 the 39foxesH7776 for us, The 40littleH6996 41foxesH7776 that are ruiningH2254 the vineyardsH3754, While our 42vineyardsH3754 are in blossomH5563.”

“43My belovedH1730 is mine, and I am his; He 44pasturesH7462 his flock among the liliesH7799.
