Joshua 11:4-9
4Then they cameH3318 outH3318, they and allH3605 their armiesH4264 with them, 1as manyH7227 peopleH5971 as the sandH2344 that is on the seashoreH3220H8193, with veryH3966 manyH7227 horsesH5483 and chariotsH7393. 5So allH3605 of theseH428 kingsH4428 gatheredH3259 togetherH3259, and cameH935 and encampedH2583 togetherH3164 at the watersH4325 of MeromH4792, to fightH3898 againstH5973 IsraelH3478.
6Yet the LordH3068 saidH559 to JoshuaH3091, “2Do not beH3372 afraidH3372 becauseH4480H6440 of them, for tomorrowH4279 at thisH2088 timeH6256 I am going to turnH5414 allH3605 of them overH5414 to IsraelH3478 as good as deadH2491; you shall 3hamstringH6136 their horsesH5483 and burnH8313 their chariotsH4818 with fireH784.” 7So JoshuaH3091 and allH3605 the peopleH5971 of warH4421 with him cameH935 upon them suddenlyH6597 at the watersH4325 of MeromH4792, and attackedH5307 them. 8And the LordH3068 handedH3027H5414 them overH5414 to IsraelH3478, so that they 4defeatedH5221 them, and pursuedH7291 them as farH5704 as GreatH7227 SidonH6721, and 5Misrephoth-maimH4956, and the ValleyH1237 of 6MizpehH4708 to the eastH4217; and they struckH5221 them untilH5704 noH1115 survivorH8300 was leftH7604 to them. 9And JoshuaH3091 didH6213 to them justH3512 asH3512 the LordH3068 had toldH559 him; he 7hamstrungH6136 their horsesH5483 and burnedH8313 their chariotsH4818 with fireH784.
