10You have plannedיָעַ֥צְתָּya.'Atz.taH3289ashamefulH1322thingH1322for your houseלְבֵיתֶ֑ךָle.vei.Te.khaH1004By bringingH7096manyרַבִּ֖יםra.BimH7227peoplesעַמִּ֥ים'a.MimH5971toH7096anH7096endH7096; So you aresinningוְחוֹטֵ֥אve.cho.Te'H2398against yourselfנַפְשֶֽׁךָ׃naf.She.khaH5315.

11For thestoneאֶ֖בֶן'E.venH68will cryתִּזְעָ֑קtiz.'AkH2199outH2199from the wallמִקִּ֣ירmi.KirH7023,And the rafterוְכָפִ֖יסve.kha.FisH3714will answerיַעֲנֶֽנָּה׃ פya.'a.Ne.nahH6030it from theframeworkמֵעֵ֥ץme.'EtzH6086.

12“Woeה֛וֹיHoH1945to him whobuildsבֹּנֶ֥הbo.NehH1129a cityעִ֖יר'irH5892with bloodshedבְּדָמִ֑יםbe.da.MimH1818,And foundsוְכוֹנֵ֥ןve.kho.NenH3559a townקִרְיָ֖הkir.YahH7151withviolenceH5767!

13Is it not indeedהִנֵּ֔הhi.NehH2009from the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of armiesצְבָא֑וֹתtze.va.'otH6635That peoplesעַמִּים֙'a.MimH5971laborוְיִֽיגְע֤וּve.yi.ge.'UH3021merelyfor fireאֵ֔שׁ'EshH784,And nationsוּלְאֻמִּ֖יםu.le.'u.MimH3816becomeH3286wearyיִעָֽפוּ׃yi.'A.fuH3286for nothingרִ֥יקrikH7385?

14For the earthהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776will befilledתִּמָּלֵ֣אti.ma.Le'H4390With the knowledgeלָדַ֖עַתla.Da.'atH3045of the gloryכְּב֣וֹדke.VodH3519of the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,As the watersכַּמַּ֖יִםka.Ma.yimH4325coverיְכַסּ֥וּye.kha.SuH3680the seaיָֽם׃ סYamH3220.
