Revelation 21:11-18

11having 1the glory of God. Her 2brilliance was like a very valuable stone, like a 3stone of 4crystal-clear jasper. 125It had a great and high wall, 67with twelve 8gates, and at the gates twelve angels; and names were written on the gates, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel. 13There were three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west. 14And the wall of the city had 9twelve foundation stones, and on them were the twelve names of the 10twelve apostles of the Lamb.

15The one who spoke with me had a 11gold measuring 12rod to measure the city, its 13gates, and its wall. 16The city is laid out as a square, and its length is as great as the width; and he measured the city with the 14rod, 15twelve thousand stadia; its length, width, and height are equal. 17And he measured its wall, 16144 cubits, by 17human 18measurements, which are also 19angelic measurements. 18The material of the wall was 20jasper; and the city was 21pure gold, like 22clear 23glass.
