Revelation 20:13-15
13And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and 1Death and Hades 2gave up the dead who were in them; and they were judged, each one of them 3according to their deeds.
14Then 4Death and Hades were thrown into 5the lake of fire. This is the 6second death, the lake of fire.
15And if 7anyone’s name was not found written in 8the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
