Luke 24:39-48
391See My hands and My feet, that 2it is I Myself; 3touch Me and see, because a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you plainly see that I have.” 40And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet. 41While they still 45could not believe it because of their joy and astonishment, He said to them, “6Have you anything here to eat?” 42They served Him a piece of broiled fish; 43and He took it and 7ate it in front of them.
44Now He said to them, “8These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all the things that are written about Me in the 9Law of Moses and the Prophets and 10the Psalms must be fulfilled.” 45Then He 11opened their 12minds to understand the Scriptures, 46and He said to them, “13So it is written, that the 14Christ would suffer and 15rise from the dead on the third day, 47and that 16repentance 17for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed 18in His name to 19all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. 48You are 20witnesses of these things.
