Leviticus 14:12-14

12Then the priest shall take the one male lamb and bring it as a 1guilt offering, with the 23log of oil, and present them as a 4wave offering before the Lord.

13Next he shall slaughter the male lamb in 5the place where they slaughter the 6sin offering and the burnt offering, at the place of the sanctuary--for the guilt offering, 7like the 8sin offering, belongs to the priest; it is most holy.

14The priest shall then take some of the blood of the 9guilt offering, and the priest shall put it on 10the lobe of the right ear of the one to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.
