Job 6:8-13

8“Oh, that my request might come to pass, And that God would grant my hope!9Oh, that God would 1decide to crush me, That He would let loose His hand and cut me off!10But it is still my comfort, And I rejoice in unsparing pain, That I 2have not 3denied the words of the Holy One.11What is my strength, that I should wait? And what is my end, that I should 45endure?12Is my strength the strength of stones, Or is my flesh bronze?13Is it that my 6help is not within me, And that a 7good outcome is driven away from me?
