Job 30:24-31
24“Yet does one in a heap of ruins not reach out with his hand, Or in his disaster does he not 1cry out for help?25Have I not 2wept for the 3one whose life is hard? Was my soul not grieved for 4the needy?26When I 5expected good, evil came; When I waited for light, 6darkness came.277I am seething 8within and cannot rest; Days of misery confront me.28I go about 910mourning without comfort; I stand up in the assembly and 11cry out for help.29I have become a brother to 12jackals, And a companion of ostriches.30My 13skin turns black 14on me, And my 15bones burn with 16fever.31Therefore my 17harp 18is turned to mourning, And my flute to the sound of those who weep.
