Job 12:14-16

14Behold, He 1tears down, and it cannot be rebuilt; He 2 3imprisons a person, and 4there is no release.15Behold, He 5restrains the waters, and they dry up; And He 6sends them out, and they 7inundate the earth.16Strength and sound wisdom are with Him. One who 8goes astray and one who leads astray belong to Him.
