Job 12:14-16

14Behold, He 1tears down, and it cannot be rebuilt; He 2 3imprisons a man, and 4there can be no release.15Behold, He 5restrains the waters, and they dry up; And He 6sends them out, and they 7inundate the earth.16With Him are strength and sound wisdom, The 8misled and the misleader belong to Him.
