Jeremiah 35:5-7
5Then I set before the 1men of the house of the Rechabites pitchers full of wine, and cups; and I said to them, “2Drink wine!”
6But they said, “We will not drink wine, for 3Jonadab the son of 4Rechab, our father, commanded us, saying, ‘You shall 5not drink wine, you or your sons, forever.
7You shall not build a house, and you shall not sow seed nor plant a vineyard, nor 6own one; but you shall live in 7tents all your days, so that you may live 8many days 9in the land where you 10live as strangers.’
