James 5:13-16
Is anyone among you 1suffering? 2Then he must pray. Is anyone cheerful? He is to 3sing praises.
Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for 4the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, 56anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord;
and the 7prayer of faith will 89restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will 10raise him up, and if he has committed sins, 11they will be forgiven him.
Therefore, 12confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be 13healed. 14A 15prayer of a righteous person, when it is 16brought about, can accomplish much.
