Habakkuk 2:18-20
18“What 1benefit is a carved image when its maker has carved it, Or a cast metal image, a 2teacher of falsehood? For its maker 3trusts in his own handiwork When he fashions speechless idols.19Woe to him who 4says to a piece of wood, ‘5Awake!’ To a mute stone, ‘Arise!’ That is your teacher? Behold, it is overlaid with 6gold and silver, Yet there is 7no breath at all inside it.20But the 8Lord is in His holy temple. 9Let all the earth 10be silent before Him.”
