Ezekiel 34:2-4
2“Son of man, prophesy against the 1shepherds of Israel. Prophesy and say to 2those shepherds, ‘This is what the Lord 3God says: “Woe, shepherds of Israel who have been 45feeding themselves! Should the shepherds not 67feed the flock?
3You 8eat the fat and clothe yourselves with the wool, you 9slaughter the fat sheep 10without feeding the flock.
4Those who are sickly you have not strengthened, the diseased you have not healed, 11the broken you have not bound up, the scattered you have not brought back, nor have you 12searched for the lost; but with force and with violence you have 13dominated them.
