Ezekiel 11:19-21
19And I will 1give them one heart, and put a new spirit within 2them. And I will remove the 3heart of stone from their flesh and give them a 4heart of flesh, 20so that they may 5walk in My statutes, and keep My ordinances and do them. Then they will be 6My people, and I shall be their God. 217But as for those whose hearts go after their 8detestable things and abominations, I will 910bring their conduct down on their heads,” declares the Lord God.
