2 Timothy 4:2-8

2preach 1the word; be ready 2in season and out of season; 3correct, rebuke, and 4exhort, with 5great 6patience and instruction. 3For 7the time will come when they will not tolerate 8sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires, 4and they 9will turn their ears away from the truth and 10will turn aside to myths. 5But as for you, 11use self-restraint in all things, 12endure hardship, do the work of an 13evangelist, fulfill your 14ministry.

6For I am already being 15poured out as a drink offering, and the time of 16my departure has come. 7 17I have fought the good fight, I have finished 18the course, I have kept 19the faith; 8in the future there 20is reserved for me 21the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on 22that day; and not only to me, but also to 23all who have loved His 24appearing.
