2 Peter 1:2-4
21Grace and peace be multiplied to you in 2the knowledge of God and of Jesus 3our Lord,
3for His 4divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true 5knowledge of Him who 6called us 7by His own glory and 8excellence.
4Through 9these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent 10promises, so that by them you may become 11partakers of the divine nature, having 12escaped the 13corruption that is in 14the world on account of lust.
