2 Peter 1:2-4

21Grace and peace be multiplied to you in 2the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord;

3seeing that His 3divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true 4knowledge of Him who 5called us 6by His own glory and 7excellence.

48For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent 9promises, so that by them you may become 10partakers of the divine nature, having 11escaped the 12corruption that is in 13the world by lust.
