1 Timothy 6:15-21
15which He will 1bring about at 2the proper time--He who is 3the blessed and 4only Sovereign, 5the King of 6kings and 7Lord of 8lords, 169who alone possesses immortality and 10dwells in unapproachable light, 11whom 12no one has seen or can see. 13To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen.
17Instruct those who are rich in 14this present world 15not to be conceited or to 16set their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, 17who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy. 18Instruct them to do good, to be rich in 18good 19works, 20to be generous and ready to share, 1921storing up for themselves the treasure of a good foundation for the future, so that they may 22take hold of that which is truly life.
2023Timothy, protect 24what has been entrusted to you, avoiding 25worldly, empty chatter and the opposing arguments of what is falsely called “knowledge”-- 21which some have professed and thereby have 26gone astray 27from 28the faith.
29Grace be with you.
