1 Peter 3:15-17
15but 1sanctify 2Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready 3to make a 4defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the 5hope that is in you, but 6with gentleness and 7respect;
168and keep a 9good conscience so that in the thing in which 10you are slandered, those who disparage your good behavior in Christ will be put to shame.
17For 11it is better, 12if 13God should will it so, that you suffer for doing what is right rather than for doing what is wrong.
