1 Peter 1:2-5

2according to the 1foreknowledge of God the Father, 2by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, 3to 4obey Jesus Christ and be 5sprinkled with His blood: 6May grace and peace be multiplied to you.

37Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who 8according to His great mercy 9has caused us to be born again to 10a living hope through the 11resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4to obtain an 12inheritance which is imperishable, undefiled, and 13will not fade away, 14reserved in heaven for you, 5who are 15protected by the power of God 16through faith for 17a salvation ready 18to be revealed in the last time.
