1 John 2:12-15
12I am writing to you, 1little children, because 2your sins have been forgiven you on account of His name. 13I am writing to you, fathers, because you know Him 3who has been from the beginning. I am writing to you, young men, because 4you have overcome 5the evil one. I have written to you, children, because 6you know the Father. 14I have written to you, fathers, because you know Him 7who has been from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are 8strong, and the 9word of God remains in you, and 10you have overcome the evil one.
15Do not love 11the world nor the things in the world. 12If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
