1 Corinthians 15:53-57
53For this 1perishable must put on 23the imperishable, and this 4mortal must put on immortality. 54But when this 5perishable puts on 6the imperishable, and this mortal puts on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written: “7Death has been swallowed up in victory. 558Where, O Death, is your victory? Where, O Death, is your sting?” 56The sting of 9death is sin, and 10the power of sin is the Law; 57but 11thanks be to God, who gives us the 12victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
