1Beholdהִנֵּ֥הhi.NehH2009, adayיֽוֹם־yom-H3117is comingבָּ֖אba'H935for the Lordלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068whenthe spoilשְׁלָלֵ֖ךְshe.la.LekhH7998taken from you will be dividedוְחֻלַּ֥קve.chu.LakH2505amongבְּקִרְבֵּֽךְ׃be.kir.BekhH7130you.

2For I willgatherוְאָסַפְתִּ֨יve.'a.saf.TiH622allכָּל־kol-H3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֥ם׀ha.go.YimH1471againstאֶֽל־'el-H413Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַם֮ye.ru.sha.LimH3389to battleלַמִּלְחָמָה֒la.mil.cha.MahH4421,and the cityהָעִ֗ירha.'IrH5892will be capturedוְנִלְכְּדָ֣הve.nil.ke.DahH3920, thehousesהַבָּ֣תִּ֔יםha.Ba.TimH1004plunderedוְנָשַׁ֙סּוּ֙ve.na.Sha.suH8155,the womenוְהַנָּשִׁ֖יםve.ha.na.ShimH802ravishedH7693and halfחֲצִ֤יcha.TziH2677of the cityהָעִיר֙ha.'IrH5892exiledוְיָצָ֞א בַּגּוֹלָ֔הve.ya.Tza' ba.go.LahH3318 H1473,but the restוְיֶ֣תֶרve.Ye.terH3499of the peopleהָעָ֔םha.'AmH5971will not be cutיִכָּרֵ֖תyi.ka.RetH3772offH3772from the cityהָעִֽיר׃ha.'IrH5892.

3Then the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068will goוְיָצָ֣אve.ya.Tza'H3318forthH3318andfightוְנִלְחַ֖םve.nil.ChamH3898against thoseהָהֵ֑םha.HemH1992nationsבַּגּוֹיִ֣םba.go.YimH1471, aswhenכְּי֥וֹםke.YomH3117He fightsהִֽלָּחֲמ֖וhi.la.cha.MoH3898on a dayבְּי֥וֹםbe.YomH3117of battleקְרָֽב׃ke.RavH7128.

4In that dayבַּיּוֹם־bai.yom-H3117His feetרַגְלָ֣יוrag.LavH7272willstandוְעָמְד֣וּve.'a.me.DuH5975on the Mountהַ֨רharH2022of Olivesהַזֵּתִ֜יםha.ze.TimH2132,whichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834is in frontפְּנֵ֥יpe.NeiH6440of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַם֮ye.ru.sha.LimH3389on the eastמִקֶּדֶם֒mi.ke.DemH6924;and the Mountהַ֨רharH2022of Olivesהַזֵּיתִ֤יםha.zei.TimH2132will besplitוְנִבְקַע֩ve.niv.Ka'H1234in its middleמֵֽחֶצְיוֹ֙me.chetz.YoH2677from eastמִזְרָ֣חָהmiz.Ra.chahH4217to westוָיָ֔מָּהva.Ya.mahH3220by a veryמְאֹ֑דme.'OdH3966largeגְּדוֹלָ֣הge.do.LahH1419valleyגֵּ֖יאgei'H1516,so that halfחֲצִ֥יcha.TziH2677of the mountainהָהָ֛רha.HarH2022will moveוּמָ֨שׁu.MashH4185toward the northצָפ֖וֹנָהtza.Fo.nahH6828and the other halfוְחֶצְיוֹ־ve.chetz.yov-H2677toward the southנֶֽגְבָּה׃Neg.bahH5045.

5You will fleeוְנַסְתֶּ֣םve.nas.TemH5127by the valleyגֵּֽיא־gei'-H1516of My mountainsהָרַ֗יha.RaiH2022,for the valleyגֵּי־gei-H1516of the mountainsהָרִים֮ha.RimH2022will reachיַגִּ֣יעַya.Gi.a'H5060to Azelאָצַל֒'a.TzalH682;yes, you will fleeוְנַסְתֶּ֗םve.nas.TemH5127justH3512as you fledנַסְתֶּם֙nas.TemH5127beforeמִפְּנֵ֣יmi.pe.NeiH4480 H6440theearthquakeהָרַ֔עַשׁha.Ra.'ashH7494in the daysבִּימֵ֖יbi.MeiH3117of Uzziahעֻזִּיָּ֣ה'u.zi.YahH5818kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Judahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063.Then the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068,my Godאֱלֹהַ֔י'e.lo.HaiH430,will comeוּבָא֙u.Va'H935, andallכָּל־kol-H3605the holyקְדֹשִׁ֖יםke.do.ShimH6918onesH6918with Him!

6In that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117there will benoלֹֽא־lo'-H3808lightא֔וֹר'orH216; theluminariesיְקָר֖וֹתye.ka.RotH3368will dwindleוְקִפָּאֽוֹן׃ve.yik.pe.'unH7087.

7For it will bea uniqueאֶחָ֗ד'e.ChadH259dayיוֹם־yom-H3117whichה֛וּאhu'H1931isknownיִוָּדַ֥עyi.va.Da'H3045to the Lordלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068,neitherלֹא־lo'-H3808dayי֣וֹםYomH3117norוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808nightלָ֑יְלָהLa.ye.lahH3915,but it will comeH1961about that ateveningעֶ֖רֶב'E.revH6153timeלְעֵֽת־le.'et-H6256there will be lightאֽוֹר׃'orH216.

8And in that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117livingחַיִּים֙chai.YimH2416watersמַֽיִם־ma.yim-H4325will flowיֵצְא֤וּye.tze.'UH3318out of Jerusalemמִיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔םmi.Ru.sha.LimH3389,halfחֶצְיָ֗םchetz.YamH2677of them towardאֶל־'el-H413the easternהַקַּדְמוֹנִ֔יha.kad.mo.NiH6931seaהַיָּם֙hai.YamH3220and the other halfוְחֶצְיָ֖םve.chetz.YamH2677towardאֶל־'el-H413the westernהָאַחֲר֑וֹןha.'a.cha.RonH314seaהַיָּ֣םhai.YamH3220;it will be in summerבַּקַּ֥יִץba.Ka.yitzH7019as well as in winterוּבָחֹ֖רֶףu.va.Cho.refH2779.

God Will Be King over All

9And the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068will bekingלְמֶ֖לֶךְle.Me.lekhH4428overעַל־'al-H5921allכָּל־kol-H3605the earthהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776;in that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068will be the onlyoneאֶחָ֖ד'e.ChadH259,and His nameוּשְׁמ֥וֹu.she.MoH8034the onlyoneאֶחָֽד׃'e.ChadH259.

10Allכָּל־kol-H3605the landהָאָ֤רֶץha.'A.retzH776will be changedיִסּ֨וֹבyi.SovH5437into a plainכָּעֲרָבָה֙ka.'a.ra.VahH6160fromGebaמִגֶּ֣בַעmi.Ge.va'H1387toRimmonלְרִמּ֔וֹןle.ri.MonH7417southנֶ֖גֶבNe.gevH5045of Jerusalemיְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389; but Jerusalem willriseוְֽרָאֲמָה֩ve.ra.'a.MahH7213andremainוְיָשְׁבָ֨הve.ya.she.VahH3427on its siteתַחְתֶּ֜יהָtach.Tei.haH8478fromBenjamin’sבִּנְיָמִ֗ןbin.ya.MinH1144Gateלְמִשַּׁ֣עַרle.mi.Sha.'arH8179as farH5704as the placeמְק֞וֹםme.KomH4725of the Firstהָֽרִאשׁוֹן֙ha.ri.shOnH7223Gateשַׁ֤עַרSha.'arH8179to theCornerH6438Gateשַׁ֣עַרSha.'arH8179, and from theTowerוּמִגְדַּ֣לu.mig.DalH4026of Hananelחֲנַנְאֵ֔לcha.nan.'ElH2606to the king’sהַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ha.Me.lekhH4428wineH3342pressesH3342.

11People will liveוְיָ֣שְׁבוּve.Ya.she.vuH3427in it, and there willnoלֹ֣אlo'H3808longerע֑וֹדodH5750be a curseוְחֵ֖רֶםve.Che.remH2764,for Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֖םye.ru.sha.LimH3389willdwellוְיָשְׁבָ֥הve.ya.she.VahH3427in securityלָבֶֽטַח׃la.Ve.tachH983.

12Now thisH2088will be the plagueהַמַּגֵּפָ֗הha.ma.ge.FahH4046with whichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068will strikeיִגֹּ֤ףyi.GofH5062allכָּל־kol-H3605the peoplesהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971whoאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834have goneH6633to warצָבְא֖וּtza.ve.'UH6633againstH5921Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389;their fleshבְּשָׂר֗וֹbe.sa.RoH1320willrotהָמֵ֣ק׀ha.MekH4743while they standעֹמֵ֣ד'o.MedH5975on their feetרַגְלָ֔יוrag.LavH7272,and their eyesוְעֵינָיו֙ve.'ei.NavH5869will rotתִּמַּ֣קְנָהti.Mak.nahH4743in their socketsבְחֹֽרֵיהֶ֔ןve.cho.rei.HenH2356,and their tongueוּלְשׁוֹנ֖וֹu.le.sho.NoH3956will rotתִּמַּ֥קti.MakH4743in their mouthבְּפִיהֶֽם׃be.fi.HemH6310.

13It will comeוְהָיָה֙ve.ha.YahH1961about in that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117that a greatרַבָּ֖הra.BahH7227panicמְהֽוּמַת־me.hu.mat-H4103from the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068willfallתִּֽהְיֶ֧הtih.YehH1961on them; and they willseizeוְהֶחֱזִ֗יקוּve.he.che.Zi.kuH2388oneאִ֚ישׁ'ishH376another’sרֵעֵ֔הוּre.'E.huH7453handיַ֣דyadH3027,and the handיָד֖וֹya.DoH3027of one willbe liftedוְעָלְתָ֥הve.'al.TahH5927againstעַל־'al-H5921the handיַ֥דyadH3027of anotherרֵעֵֽהוּ׃re.'E.huH7453.

14Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063alsoוְגַ֨ם־ve.Gam-H1571will fightתִּלָּחֵ֖םti.la.ChemH3898at Jerusalemבִּירֽוּשָׁלִָ֑םbi.ru.sha.LimH3389; and thewealthחֵ֨ילcheilH2428of allכָּל־kol-H3605the surroundingסָבִ֗יבsa.VivH5439nationsהַגּוֹיִ֜םha.go.YimH1471will be gatheredוְאֻסַּף֩ve.'u.SafH622,goldזָהָ֥בza.HavH2091and silverוָכֶ֛סֶףva.Khe.sefH3701and garmentsוּבְגָדִ֖יםu.ve.ga.DimH899in greatמְאֹֽד׃me.'OdH3966abundanceלָרֹ֥בla.RoH7230.

15Soוְכֵ֨ןve.KhenH3651also like thisH2088plagueמַגֵּפַ֣תma.ge.FatH4046will be the plagueכַּמַּגֵּפָ֖הka.ma.ge.FahH4046on the horseהַסּ֗וּסha.SusH5483,the muleהַפֶּ֙רֶד֙ha.Pe.redH6505,the camelהַגָּמָ֣לha.ga.MalH1581,the donkeyוְהַחֲמ֔וֹרve.ha.cha.MorH2543and allוְכָ֨ל־ve.kholH3605the cattleהַבְּהֵמָ֔הha.be.he.MahH929that will be in thoseהָהֵ֑מָּהha.He.mahH1992campsבַּמַּחֲנ֣וֹתba.ma.cha.NotH4264.

16Then it will comeוְהָיָ֗הve.ha.YahH1961about that anyכָּל־kol-H3605who are leftהַנּוֹתָר֙ha.no.TarH3498of allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֔םha.go.YimH1471that wentהַבָּאִ֖יםha.ba.'ImH935againstעַל־'al-H5921Jerusalemיְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389willgoוְעָל֞וּve.'a.LuH5927up from yearשָׁנָ֣הsha.NahH8141to yearבְשָׁנָ֗הve.sha.NahH8141to worshipלְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲוֹת֙le.hish.ta.cha.VotH7812the Kingלְמֶ֙לֶךְ֙le.Me.lekhH4428,the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635,and to celebrateוְלָחֹ֖גve.la.ChogH2287theFeastחַ֥גchagH2282of Boothsהַסֻּכּֽוֹת׃ha.su.KotH5521.

17And it will be that whicheverאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834of the familiesמִשְׁפְּח֤וֹתmish.pe.ChotH4940of the earthהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ha.'A.retzH776does not goיַעֲלֶ֜הya.'a.LehH5927up to Jerusalemיְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔םye.Ru.sha.LimH3389to worshipלְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲוֹ֔תle.hish.ta.cha.VotH7812theKingלְמֶ֖לֶךְle.Me.lekhH4428,the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֑וֹתtze.va.'otH6635, there will benoH3808rainהַגָּֽשֶׁם׃ha.Ga.shemH1653on them.

18Ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518the familyמִשְׁפַּ֨חַתmish.Pa.chatH4940of Egyptמִצְרַ֧יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714does not goתַעֲלֶ֛הta.'a.LehH5927up or enterבָאָ֖הva.'AhH935,then noH3808rain will fall on them; it will be theplagueהַמַּגֵּפָ֗הha.ma.ge.FahH4046with whichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068smitesיִגֹּ֤ףyi.GofH5062the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֔םha.go.YimH1471whoאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834do not goיַֽעֲל֔וּya.'a.LuH5927up to celebrateלָחֹ֖גla.ChogH2287the Feastחַ֥גchagH2282of Boothsהַסֻּכּֽוֹת׃ha.su.KotH5521.

19ThisH2088will be thepunishmentחַטַּ֣אתcha.TatH2403of Egyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714, and thepunishmentוְחַטַּאת֙ve.cha.taTH2403of allכָּל־kol-H3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֔םha.go.YimH1471whoאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834do not goיַֽעֲל֔וּya.'a.LuH5927up to celebrateלָחֹ֖גla.ChogH2287the Feastחַ֥גchagH2282of Boothsהַסֻּכּֽוֹת׃ha.su.KotH5521.

20In that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117there will be inscribedon the bellsמְצִלּ֣וֹתme.tzi.LotH4698of the horsesהַסּ֔וּסha.SusH5483, “HOLYקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944TO THE LORDלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068.” And thecookingH5518potsהַסִּירוֹת֙ha.si.rOtH5518in the Lord’sיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068houseבְּבֵ֣יתbe.VeitH1004will be like the bowlsכַּמִּזְרָקִ֖יםka.miz.ra.KimH4219beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the altarהַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃ha.miz.Be.achH4196.

21Everyכָּל־kol-H3605cookingH5518potסִ֨ירsirH5518in Jerusalemבִּירוּשָׁלִַ֜םbi.ru.sha.LimH3389and in Judahוּבִֽיהוּדָ֗הu.vi.hu.DahH3063will beholyקֹ֚דֶשׁKo.deshH6944to the Lordלַיהוָ֣הla.Yah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635;and allכָּל־kol-H3605who sacrificeהַזֹּ֣בְחִ֔יםha.Zoe.ChimH2076will comeוּבָ֙אוּ֙u.Va.'uH935and takeוְלָקְח֥וּve.la.ke.ChuH3947of them and boilוּבִשְּׁל֣וּu.vi.she.LuH1310in them.
