Isaiah 48:9-13
91For the sake of My name I 2delay My wrath, And for My praise I restrain it for you, In order not to cut you off.10Behold, I have refined you, but 3not as silver; I have tested you in the 4furnace of affliction.115For My own sake, for My own sake, I will act; For how can My name be profaned? And My 6glory I will not give to another.
12“Listen to Me, O Jacob, even Israel 7whom I called; 8I am He, 9I am the first, I am also the last.13Surely My hand 10founded the earth, And My right hand spread out the heavens; When I 11call to them, they stand together.
