Hebrews 4:9-16
9So there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God. 10For the one who has entered His rest has himself also 1rested from his works, as 2God did from His. 11Therefore let us be diligent to enter that rest, so that no one will fall, through following the same 3example of 4disobedience. 12For 5the word of God is 6living and 7active and sharper than any two-edged 8sword, and piercing as far as the division of 9soul and 10spirit, of both joints and marrow, and 11able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13And 12there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are 13open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.
14Therefore, since we have a great 14high priest who has 15passed through the heavens, Jesus 16the Son of God, let us hold fast our 17confession. 15For we do not have 18a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been 19tempted in all things as we are, yet 20without sin. 16Therefore let us 21draw near with 22confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
