6inthatthou lovestthemthathate thee,andhatestthemthatlove thee.Forthou hastdeclaredthisdayH3117,thatprincesandservantsH5650arenought unto thee:forthisdayH3117Iperceive,thatifAbsalomhadlived,andallwehaddiedthisdayH3117,thenithadpleased thee well.

7Nowthereforearise, goforth,andspeak comfortably unto thyservantsH5650;forIswearbyJehovah,ifthou gonotforth,therewillnottarryamanwiththeethisnight:andthatwillbeworse unto theethanalltheevilthathath befallen theefromthy youth untilnow.

8ThenthekingaroseH6965,andsatinthegate.Andtheytolduntoallthepeople,sayingH1696, Behold,thekingissittinginthegate:andallthepeoplecameH935beforetheking.NowH6258IsraelhadfledeverymanH376tohistent.

9AndallthepeopleH5971wereatstrifethroughoutallthetribesofIsraelH3478,sayingH559,ThekingH4428deliveredusoutofthehandofourenemies,andhesavedusoutofthehandofthePhilistines;andnowheisfledH5127outofthelandfromAbsalom.

10AndAbsalomH53, whomweanointedoverus,isdeadinbattle.NowH6258thereforeH6258whyspeakyenotawordofbringingthekingH4428back?

11AndkingH4428DavidsenttoZadokandtoAbiatharthepriests, saying, Speak untotheeldersofJudah, saying,WhyH4100areyethelasttobringלְהָשִׁ֥יבle.ha.ShivH7725thekingH4428backלְהָשִׁ֥יבle.ha.ShivH7725tohishouse? seeingthespeechofallIsraeliscometothekingH4428,tobringH7725himtohishouse.

18Andtherewentoveraferry-boattobringovertheking’sH4428householdH1004,andtodo whathethought good.AndShimeithesonH1121ofGera felldownbeforethekingH4428,whenhewascomeovertheJordanH3383.

19Andhesaid untothekingH4428, Letnotmylord impute iniquity untome, neitherdothou rememberthatwhichthy servantdidperverselythedaythatmylordthekingH4428wentoutofJerusalem,thatthekingH4428shouldtakeittohisheart.

20ForthyservantH5650doth knowthatIhavesinned:therefore, behold,IamcomeH3318thisdayH3117thefirstofallthehouseofJosephtogoH3318downtomeetmylordH113thekingH4428.

21ButAbishaithesonofZeruiahansweredandsaid,ShallnotShimeibeputtodeathforthis,becausehecursed Jehovah’s anointed?
