Revised Version 1895
Isaiah 65:12-16
12I will destineH4487 youH834 to the swordH2719, and ye shall allH3605 bowH3766 downH3766 to the slaughterH2874: becauseH3282 when I calledH7121, ye didH6213 notH3808 answerH6030; when I spake, ye didH6213 notH3808 hearH8085; but ye didH6213 that whichH834 was evilH7451 in mine eyesH5869, and choseH977 that whereinH834 I delighted notH3808.
13Therefore thusH3541 saith the LordH136 GODH136, BeholdH2009, my servantsH5650 shall eatH398, but ye shall be hungryH7456: beholdH2009, my servantsH5650 shall drinkH8354, but ye shall be thirstyH6770: beholdH2009, my servantsH5650 shall rejoiceH8055, but ye shall be ashamedH954:
14beholdH2009, my servantsH5650 shall singH7442 for joyH7442 of heartH3820, but ye shall cryH6817 for sorrowH3511 of heartH3820, and shall howlH3213 for vexation of spiritH7307.
15And ye shall leaveH3240 your nameH8034 for a curseH7621 unto my chosenH972, and the LordH136 GODH136 shall slayH4191 thee; and he shall callH7121 his servantsH5650 by anotherH312 nameH8034:
16soH834 that he who blesseth himself in the earthH776 shall blessH1288 himself in the GodH430 of truthH543; and he that sweareth in the earthH776 shall swearH7650 by the GodH430 of truthH543; becauseH3588 the formerH7223 troubles are forgottenH7911, and becauseH3588 they are hidH5641 from mine eyesH5869.
