Exodus 36
Revised Version 1895
1And BezalelH1212 and OholiabH171 shall workH4399, and everyH3605 wiseH2450 hearted manH376, in whomH834 the LORDH3068 hath putH5414 wisdomH2451 and understandingH8394 to knowH3045 howH834 to workH4399 allH3605 the workH4399 for the serviceH5656 of the sanctuaryH6944, accordingH376 to allH3605 that the LORDH3068 hath commandedH6680. 2And MosesH4872 calledH7121 BezalelH1212 and OholiabH171, and everyH3605 wiseH2450 hearted manH376, in whoseH834 heartH3820 the LORDH3068 had putH5414 wisdomH2451, evenH853 everyH3605 one whoseH834 heartH3820 stirredH5375 him upH5375 to comeH7126 unto the workH4399 to doH6213 it: 3and they receivedH3947 of MosesH4872 allH3605 the offering, whichH834 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 had broughtH935 for the workH4399 of the serviceH5656 of the sanctuaryH6944, to makeH6213 it withal. And they broughtH935 yet unto him freewillH5071 offeringsH5071 everyH3605 morningH1242. 4And allH3605 the wiseH2450 menH376, that wrought allH3605 the workH4399 of the sanctuaryH6944, cameH935 everyH3605 manH376 from his workH4399 whichH834 they wrought; 5and they spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, The peopleH5971 bringH935 muchH7235 moreH7235 thanH7235 enoughH1767 for the serviceH5656 of the workH4399, whichH834 the LORDH3068 commandedH6680 to makeH6213. 6And MosesH4872 gaveH6680 commandmentH6680, and they causedH802 it to be proclaimed throughoutH6963 the campH4264, sayingH559, LetH408 neitherH408 manH376 norH408 womanH802 makeH6213 anyH376 moreH5750 workH4399 for the offering of the sanctuaryH6944. SoH6213 the peopleH5971 were restrainedH3607 from bringingH935. 7For the stuff they had was sufficientH1767 for allH3605 the workH4399 to makeH6213 it, and too muchH3605. 8And everyH3605 wiseH2450 hearted manH2450 among them that wroughtH4639 the workH4399 madeH6213 the tabernacleH4908 with tenH6235 curtainsH3407; of fineH8336 twinedH7806 linenH8336, and blueH8504, and purpleH713, and scarletH8144, with cherubimH3742 the workH4399 of the cunning workmanH2803 madeH6213 he them. 9The lengthH753 of eachH259 curtainH3407 was eightH8083 and twentyH6242 cubitsH520, and the breadthH7341 of eachH259 curtainH3407 fourH702 cubitsH520: allH3605 the curtainsH3407 had one measureH520. 10And he coupled fiveH2568 curtainsH3407 one to anotherH259: and the otherH259 fiveH2568 curtainsH3407 he coupled one to anotherH259. 11And he madeH6213 loopsH3924 of blueH8504 uponH5921 the edgeH8193 of the one curtainH3407 from the selvedge in the coupling: likewise he madeH6213 in the edgeH8193 of the curtainH3407 that was outmost in the secondH8145 coupling. 12FiftyH2572 loopsH3924 madeH6213 he in the one curtainH3407, and fiftyH2572 loopsH3924 madeH6213 he in the edge of the curtainH3407 that was in the secondH8145 coupling: the loopsH3924 were oppositeH6901 one to anotherH259. 13And he madeH6213 fiftyH2572 claspsH7165 of goldH2091, and coupled the curtainsH3407 one to anotherH259 with the claspsH7165: soH6213 the tabernacleH4908 was one. 14And he madeH6213 curtainsH3407 of goats’H5795 hairH168 for a tentH168 over the tabernacleH4908: elevenH6240 curtainsH3407 he madeH6213 them. 15The lengthH753 of eachH259 curtainH3407 was thirtyH7970 cubitsH520, and fourH702 cubitsH520 the breadthH7341 of eachH259 curtainH3407: the elevenH6240 curtainsH3407 had one measureH520. 16And he coupled fiveH2568 curtainsH3407 by themselvesH905, and sixH8337 curtainsH3407 by themselvesH905. 17And he madeH6213 fiftyH2572 loopsH3924 on the edgeH8193 of the curtainH3407 that was outmost in the coupling, and fiftyH2572 loopsH3924 madeH6213 he uponH5921 the edgeH8193 of the curtainH3407 which was outmost in the secondH8145 coupling. 18And he madeH6213 fiftyH2572 claspsH7165 of brassH5178 to couple the tentH168 togetherH259, that it might be one. 19And he madeH6213 a coveringH4372 for the tentH168 of rams’ skinsH5785 dyedH119 redH119, and a coveringH4372 of sealskins aboveH4605. 20And he madeH6213 the boards for the tabernacleH4908 of acaciaH7848 woodH6086, standingH5975 upH5975. 21TenH6235 cubitsH520 was the lengthH753 of a board, and a cubitH520 and a halfH2677 the breadthH7341 of eachH259 board. 22EachH259 board had twoH8147 tenonsH3027, joined one to anotherH259: thusH3651 didH6213 he makeH6213 for allH3605 the boards of the tabernacleH4908. 23And he madeH6213 the boards for the tabernacleH4908; twentyH6242 boards for the southH5045 sideH6285 southwardH5045: 24and he madeH6213 fortyH705 socketsH134 of silverH3701 underH8478 the twentyH6242 boards; twoH8147 socketsH134 underH8478 one board for itsH8478 twoH8147 tenonsH3027, and twoH8147 socketsH134 underH8478 anotherH259 board for itsH8478 twoH8147 tenonsH3027. 25And for the secondH8145 sideH6285 of the tabernacleH4908, on the northH6828 sideH6285, he madeH6213 twentyH6242 boardsH6763, 26and their fortyH705 socketsH134 of silverH3701; twoH8147 socketsH134 underH8478 one board, and twoH8147 socketsH134 underH8478 anotherH259 board. 27And for the hinder partH3411 of the tabernacleH4908 westwardH3220 he madeH6213 sixH8337 boards. 28And twoH8147 boards madeH6213 he for the corners of the tabernacleH4908 in the hinder partH3411. 29And they were doubleH8147 beneathH4295, and in like mannerH3651 they were entire unto the topH7218 thereof unto one ringH2885: thusH3651 he didH6213 to bothH8147 of them in the twoH8147 cornersH4740. 30And there were eightH8083 boards, and their socketsH134 of silverH3701, sixteenH6240 socketsH134; underH8478 everyH259 board twoH8147 socketsH134. 31And he madeH6213 barsH1280 of acaciaH7848 woodH6086; fiveH2568 for the boardsH6763 of the one sideH6763 of the tabernacleH4908, 32and fiveH2568 barsH1280 for the boardsH6763 of the otherH8145 sideH6763 of the tabernacleH4908, and fiveH2568 barsH1280 for the boardsH6763 of the tabernacleH4908 for the hinder partH3411 westwardH3220. 33And he madeH6213 the middleH8432 barH1280 to passH1272 throughH4480 in the midstH8432 of the boards from the one endH7097 to the other. 34And he overlaidH6823 the boards with goldH2091, and madeH6213 their ringsH2885 of goldH2091 for placesH1004 for the barsH1280, and overlaidH6823 the barsH1280 with goldH2091. 35And he madeH6213 the veilH6532 of blueH8504, and purpleH713, and scarletH8144, and fineH8336 twinedH7806 linenH8336: with cherubimH3742 the workH4639 of the cunning workmanH2803 madeH6213 he it. 36And he madeH6213 thereunto fourH702 pillarsH5982 of acaciaH7848, and overlaidH6823 them with goldH2091: their hooksH2053 were of goldH2091; and he castH3332 for them fourH702 socketsH134 of silverH3701. 37And he madeH6213 a screenH4539 for the doorH6607 of the TentH168, of blueH8504, and purpleH713, and scarletH8144, and fineH8336 twinedH7806 linenH8336, the workH4639 of the embroidererH7551; 38and the fiveH2568 pillarsH5982 of it with their hooksH2053: and he overlaidH6823 their chapiters and their fillets with goldH2091: and their fiveH2568 socketsH134 were of brassH5178.
