Deuteronomy 31:16-29

And the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto MosesH4872, BeholdH2009, thou shalt sleepH7901 with thy fathersH1; and this peopleH5971 will riseH6965 upH6965, and goH935 a whoring afterH310 the strangeH5236 godsH430 of the landH776, whither they goH935 to be among them, and will forsakeH5800 meH413, and breakH6565 my covenantH1285 whichH834 I have madeH3772 with them.

Then my angerH639 shall be kindledH2734 againstH5921 them in that dayH3117, and I will forsakeH5800 them, and I will hideH5641 my faceH6440 from them, and they shall be devouredH398, and manyH7227 evils and troubles shall comeH1961 uponH5921 them; soH1961 that they will sayH559 in that dayH3117, Are notH3808 theseH428 evils comeH1961 uponH5921 usH5921 becauseH3588 our GodH430 is notH3808 among usH5921?

And I will surelyH3588 hideH5641 my faceH6440 in that dayH3117 for allH3605 the evilH7451 whichH834 they shall have wrought, in that they are turnedH6437 unto otherH312 godsH430.

NowH6258 therefore writeH3789 ye this songH7892 for youH7760, and teachH3925 thou it the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478: putH7760 it in their mouthsH6310, that this songH7892 may be a witnessH5707 for meH7760 against the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478.

For when I shall have broughtH935 them intoH413 the landH127 whichH834 I sware unto their fathersH1, flowingH2100 with milkH2461 and honeyH1706; and they shall have eatenH398 and filledH7646 themselves, and waxen fatH1878; then will they turnH6437 unto otherH312 godsH430, and serveH5647 them, and despiseH5006 meH413, and breakH6565 my covenantH1285.

And it shall comeH935 to passH935, when manyH7227 evils and troubles are comeH935 uponH935 them, that this songH7892 shall testifyH6030 beforeH6440 them as a witnessH5707; for it shall notH3808 be forgottenH7911 outH3045 of the mouthsH6310 of their seedH2233: for I knowH3045 their imagination whichH834 they goH935 aboutH1961, evenH3588 nowH1961, beforeH6440 I have broughtH935 them intoH413 the landH776 whichH834 I sware.

SoH1931 MosesH4872 wroteH3789 this songH7892 the sameH1931 dayH3117, and taughtH3925 it the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478.

And he gaveH6680 JoshuaH3091 the sonH1121 of NunH5126 a chargeH6680, and saidH559, Be strongH2388 and of a good courageH2388: for thou shalt bringH935 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 intoH413 the landH776 whichH834 I sware unto them: and I will be with thee.

And it cameH1961 to passH1961, when MosesH4872 had madeH1961 an endH3615 of writingH3789 the wordsH1697 of this lawH8451 in a bookH5612, untilH5704 they were finishedH3615,

that MosesH4872 commandedH6680 the LevitesH3881, which bare the arkH727 of the covenantH1285 of the LORDH3068, sayingH559,

TakeH3947 this bookH5612 of the lawH8451, and putH7760 it by the sideH6654 of the arkH727 of the covenantH1285 of the LORDH3068 your GodH430, that it may be there for a witnessH5707 against thee.

For I knowH3045 thy rebellionH4805, and thy stiff neckH6203: beholdH2005, whileH5750 I am yet aliveH2416 with youH3588 this dayH3117, ye have been rebelliousH4805 againstH5973 the LORDH3068; and howH637 muchH637 moreH5750 afterH310 my deathH4194?

AssembleH6950 unto meH413 allH3605 the eldersH2205 of your tribesH7626, and your officersH7860, that I may speakH1696 theseH428 wordsH1697 in their earsH241, and call heavenH8064 and earthH776 to witness againstH413 them.

For I knowH3045 that afterH310 my deathH4194 ye will utterly corruptH7843 yourselves, and turnH5493 asideH5493 from the wayH1870 whichH834 I have commandedH6680 youH834; and evilH7451 will befallH7122 youH834 in the latterH319 daysH3117; becauseH3588 ye will doH6213 that whichH834 is evilH7451 in the sightH5869 of the LORDH3068, to provokeH3707 him to angerH3707 throughH3027 the workH4639 of your handsH3027.
