19Thou shalt notH3808 lend uponH935 usury to thy brother; usury of moneyH868, usury of victuals, usury of anyH3605 thingH8441 that is lent uponH935 usury:
20unto a foreigner thou mayest lendH834 upon usury; but unto thy brotherH251 thou shalt notH3808 lendH834 upon usury: that the LORD thy GodH3808 may bless thee in allH3605 that thou puttest thine hand unto, in the land whither thou goest in to possess it.
