Deuteronomy 18:17-22
17And the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto meH413, They have wellH3190 saidH559 that whichH834 they have spokenH1696. 18I will raiseH6965 them upH6965 a prophetH5030 from among their brethrenH251, like unto thee; and I will putH5414 my wordsH1697 in his mouthH6310, and he shall speakH1696 unto them allH3605 that I shall commandH6680 him. 19And it shall comeH1961 to passH1961, that whosoever will notH3808 hearken unto my wordsH1697 whichH834 he shall speakH1696 in my nameH8034, I will requireH1875 it of him. 20But the prophetH5030, whichH834 shall speakH1696 a wordH1697 presumptuouslyH2102 in my nameH8034, whichH834 I have notH3808 commandedH6680 him to speakH1696, or that shall speakH1696 in the nameH8034 of otherH312 godsH430, that sameH1931 prophetH5030 shall dieH4191. 21And ifH3588 thou sayH559 in thine heartH3824, HowH349 shall weH3588 knowH3045 the wordH1697 whichH834 the LORDH3068 hath notH3808 spokenH1696? 22when a prophetH5030 speaketh in the nameH8034 of the LORDH3068, ifH834 the thingH1697 followH1961 notH3808, norH3808 comeH935 to passH935, that is the thingH1697 whichH834 the LORDH3068 hath notH3808 spokenH1696: the prophetH5030 hath spokenH1696 it presumptuouslyH2087, thou shalt notH3808 be afraidH1481 of him.
