Revised Version 1895
2 Chronicles 34:25-27
25BecauseH834 they have forsaken meH3707, and have burnedH6999 incenseH6999 unto otherH312 godsH430, that they might provokeH3707 meH3707 to angerH3707 with allH3605 the worksH4639 of their handsH3027; therefore is my wrathH2534 pouredH5413 outH3605 uponH3027 this placeH4725, and it shall notH3808 be quenchedH3518.
26But unto the kingH4428 of JudahH3063, who sentH7971 youH834 to inquireH1875 of the LORDH3068, thusH3541 shall ye sayH559 to him, ThusH3541 saith the LORDH3068, the GodH430 of IsraelH3478: As touching the wordsH1697 whichH834 thou hast heardH8085,
27becauseH5921 thine heartH3824 was tenderH7401, and thou didst humbleH3665 thyself beforeH6440 GodH430, when thou heardest his wordsH1697 againstH5921 this placeH4725, and againstH5921 the inhabitantsH3427 thereof, and hast humbledH3665 thyself beforeH6440 meH6440, and hast rent thy clothesH899, and weptH1058 beforeH6440 meH6440; I also have heardH8085 thee, saith the LORDH3068.
