Revised Version 1895
Chronicles 25:6-10
He hiredH7936 also an hundredH3967 thousandH505 mightyH1368 menH1368 of valour out of IsraelH3478 for an hundredH3967 talentsH3603 of silverH3701.
But there cameH935 a manH376 of GodH430 to him, sayingH559, O kingH4428, letH408 notH369 the armyH6635 of IsraelH3478 goH935 with thee; for the LORDH3068 is notH369 with IsraelH3478, to wit, with allH3605 the childrenH1121 of EphraimH669.
But ifH518 thou wilt goH935, doH6213 valiantlyH2388, be strongH2388 for the battleH4421: GodH430 shall castH3782 thee downH3782 beforeH6440 the enemyH341; for GodH430 hath powerH3581 to helpH5826, and to castH3782 downH3782.
And AmaziahH558 saidH559 to the manH376 of GodH430, But whatH4100 shall weH834 doH6213 for the hundredH3967 talentsH3603 whichH834 I have givenH5414 to the army of IsraelH3478? And the manH376 of GodH430 answeredH559, The LORDH3068 is able to giveH5414 thee muchH7235 moreH7235 thanH7235 this.
Then AmaziahH558 separatedH914 them, to wit, the army that was comeH935 to him outH413 of EphraimH669, to goH935 homeH4725 againH7725: wherefore their angerH639 was greatlyH3966 kindledH2734 againstH413 JudahH3063, and they returnedH7725 homeH4725 in fierceH2750 angerH639.
