Revised Version 1895
Chronicles 2:3-7
And Solomon sent to Huram the kingH5921 of Tyre, saying, As thou didst deal with David my father, and didst send him cedars to buildH1129 him an houseH1004 to dwell therein, evenH5921 soH589 deal with meH6440.
Behold, I buildH1129 an houseH1004 for the name of the LORD my GodH430, to dedicate it to him, and to burn beforeH430 him incense of sweet spices, and for the continual shewbread, and for the burnt offeringsH3588 morning and evening, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the setH834 feasts of the LORD our GodH430. This is an ordinance for ever to Israel;
And the houseH1004 whichH834 I buildH1129 is great: for great is our GodH3808 aboveH6440 all gods.
But who is able to build him an house, seeing the heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain him? who am I then, that I should build him an house, save only to burn incense beforeH5973 him?
NowH2009 therefore sendH7971 meH7971 a man cunning to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, and in iron, and in purple, and crimson, and blue, and that canH834 skill to grave allH3045 manner of gravings, to be with the cunning menH5650 that are with meH7971 in Judah and in Jerusalem, whomH834 DavidH5973 my father didH834 provide.
