Zechariah 1:14-21

14So the angelH4397 who was speakingH1696 with me saidH559 to me, “1ProclaimH7121, sayingH559, ‘ThisH3541 isH3541 whatH3541 the LordH3068 of armiesH6635 saysH559: “I amH7065 2exceedinglyH1419 jealousH7065 for JerusalemH3389 and ZionH6726. 15But I amH7107 veryH1419H7110 3angryH7107 with the nationsH1471 who are 4carefreeH7600; for while I wasH7107 only a littleH4592 angryH7107, they 56furtheredH5826 the disasterH7463.” 16ThereforeH3651 the LordH3068 saysH559 thisH3541: “I will 7returnH7725 to JerusalemH3389 with compassionH7356; My 8houseH1004 will be builtH1129 in it,” declaresH5002 the LordH3068 of armiesH6635, “and a measuringH6957 9lineH6957 will be stretchedH5186 overH5921 JerusalemH3389.”’ 17AgainH5750, proclaimH7121, sayingH559, ‘ThisH3541 isH3541 whatH3541 the LordH3068 of armiesH6635 saysH559: “My 10citiesH5892 will againH5750 overflowH6327 with prosperityH2896, and the LordH3068 will againH5750 11comfortH5162 ZionH6726 and againH5750 12chooseH977 JerusalemH3389.”’”

1813Then I raisedH5375 my eyesH5869 and lookedH7200, and beholdH2009, there were fourH702 hornsH7161. 19So I saidH559 to the angelH4397 who was speakingH1696 with me, “WhatH4100 are theseH428?” And he saidH559 to me, “TheseH428 are the 14hornsH7161 that have scatteredH2219 JudahH3063, IsraelH3478, and JerusalemH3389.” 20Then the LordH3068 showedH7200 me fourH702 15craftsmenH2796. 21And I saidH559, “WhatH4100 are theseH428 comingH935 to doH6213?” And he saidH559, “TheseH428 are the 16hornsH7161 thatH834 have scatteredH2219 JudahH3063 soH6310 thatH6310 noH3808 oneH376 liftsH5375 upH5375 his headH7218; but theseH428 craftsmen have comeH935 to frightenH2729 them, to 17throwH3034 downH3034 the hornsH7161 of the nationsH1471 who have liftedH5375 upH5375 their hornsH7161 againstH413 the landH776 of JudahH3063 in order to scatterH2219 it.”
