10Do we not allH3605 have 34oneH259 FatherH1? 35Is it not oneH259 GodH410 who has createdH1254 us? WhyH4069 do we dealH898 36treacherouslyH898, eachH376 against his brotherH251 so as to profaneH2490 the 37covenantH1285 of our fathersH1? 11JudahH3063 has dealtH898 38treacherouslyH898, and an abominationH8441 has been committedH6213 in IsraelH3478 and in JerusalemH3389; for JudahH3063 has 39profanedH2490 the sanctuaryH6944 of the LordH3068 40whichH834 He lovesH157, and has marriedH1166 the daughterH1323 of a foreignH5236 godH410. 12As for the manH376 whoH834 doesH6213 this, may the 41LordH3068 eliminateH3772 from the tentsH168 of JacobH3290 everyone who isH5782 awakeH5782 and answersH6030, or who 42presentsH5066 43an offeringH4503 to the LordH3068 of armiesH6635.

13And thisH2088 is 44anotherH8145 thingH8145 you doH6213: you coverH3680 the altarH4196 of the LordH3068 with tearsH1832, with weepingH1065 and sighingH603, becauseH4480 He 45noH369 longerH5750 givesH6437 attentionH6437 to the 46offeringH4503 or acceptsH3947 it with favorH7522 from your handH3027. 14Yet you sayH559, “ForH5921 whatH4100 reasonH5921H4100?” BecauseH5921H3588 the LordH3068 has beenH5749 aH5749 witnessH5749 betweenH996 you and the 47wifeH802 of your youthH5271, against whomH834 you have dealtH898 48treacherouslyH898, though she is your marriageH2278 companionH2278 and your wifeH802 by covenantH1285. 1549But not oneH259 has 50doneH6213 so who has a remnantH7605 of the SpiritH7307. And 51whyH4100 the oneH259? He was seekingH1245 a 52godlyH430 offspringH2233. BeH8104 carefulH8104 then about your spiritH7307, and see that noneH408 of you dealsH898 53treacherouslyH898 against the wifeH802 of your youthH5271. 16“For 54I hateH8130 5556divorceH7971,” saysH559 the LordH3068, the GodH430 of IsraelH3478, “and 57him who coversH3680 his garmentH3830 with 58violenceH2555,” saysH559 the LordH3068 of armiesH6635. “So beH8104 carefulH8104 about your spiritH7307, that you do not dealH898 treacherouslyH898.”

17You have 59weariedH3021 the LordH3068 with your wordsH1697. Yet you sayH559, “HowH4100 have we weariedH3021 Him?” In that you sayH559, “60EveryoneH3605 who doesH6213 evilH7451 is goodH2896 in the sightH5869 of the LordH3068, and He 61delightsH2654 in them,” orH176, “62WhereH346 is the GodH430 of 63justiceH4941?”
