Although he wentH1980 thereH8033, 14he did not eatH398 breadH3899 norH3808 drinkH8354 waterH4325, becauseH3588 he was mourningH56 overH5921 the unfaithfulnessH4604 of the exilesH1473. 7So they madeH5674 a proclamationH6963 throughout JudahH3063 and JerusalemH3389 to allH3605 the exilesH1121H1473, that they were to assembleH6908 at JerusalemH3389, 8and that whoeverH3605H834 did not comeH935 within threeH7969 daysH3117, in accordance with the counselH6098 of the leadersH8269 and the eldersH2205, allH3605 his propertyH7399 would be forfeitedH2763, and he himselfH1931 would be excludedH914 from the assemblyH6951 of the exilesH1473.
