Matthew 19:23-30

23And Jesus said to His disciples, “Truly I say to you, 1it will be hard for a rich person to enter the kingdom of heaven. 24And again I say to you, 2it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” 25When the disciples heard this, they were very astonished and said, “Then who can be saved?” 26And looking at them, Jesus said to them, “3With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

27Then Peter responded and said to Him, “Behold, we have left everything and followed You; what then will there be for us?” 28And Jesus said to them, “Truly I say to you, that you who have followed Me, in the 4regeneration when 5the Son of Man will sit on 6His glorious throne, 7you also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29And 8everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother 9or children or farms on account of My name, will receive 10many times as much, and will inherit eternal life. 3011But many who are first will be last; and the last, first.
