Matthew 18:17-20
17And if he refuses to listen to them, 1tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, 2he is to be to you as 3a Gentile and 4a tax collector. 18Truly I say to you, 5whatever you 6bind on earth 7shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you 8loose on earth 9shall have been loosed in heaven.
19“Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, 10it shall be done for them 11by My Father who is in heaven. 20For where two or three have gathered together in My name, 12I am there in their midst.”
