Matthew 16:17-20

17And Jesus said to him, “Blessed are you, 1Simon 2Barjona, because 3flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. 18And I also say to you that you are 4 5Peter, and upon this 6rock I will build My church; and the gates of 7Hades will not overpower it. 19I will give you 8the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and 9whatever you 10bind on earth 11shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you 12loose on earth 13shall have been loosed in heaven.” 20 14Then He gave the disciples strict orders that they were to tell no one that He was 15the 16Christ.
