Mark 10:4-9
4They said, “1Moses permitted a man to write a 2certificate of divorce and 3send his wife away.” 5But Jesus said to them, “45Because of your hardness of heart he wrote you this commandment. 6But 6from the beginning of creation, God 7created them male and female. 78For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother9, 810and the two shall become one flesh; so they are no longer two, but one flesh. 9Therefore, what God has joined together, no person is to separate.”
